Gifted labour

Terra Infinity says it on the hub, and I mean it every time: this network is personal work. Labour is often gifted.

Gifted is not unpaid in the sense of forgotten. Gifted is a choice about which ledger you are on. Some doors lead to a checkout. Some do not. The ones that do not are not less serious. They are more expensive for me.

I keep a hard line around consent because the rest of my work goes into rooms where power is the material. If the container is not clean, the work is just extraction with better lighting. So the public network — Radio, the desk, the quieter doors — stays on the gift ledger unless a door says otherwise, and even then you get a disclaimer before you leave.

Glåüm is held by Many Hands, not by me alone. That matters. A camp is not a brand.

If you take something from this desk, take it. If it moves you to send something back — a note, a frequency, labour of your own — that is the economy. I will not put a cart on the lamp.
